Building an agile organization? Coaching helps.

“Make people awesome.”

This is one of the 4 principles of Modern Agile and it perfectly aligns with many of the things I believe about leadership and people / career development.

This is what led me to exploring and learning agile people practices.

Building a high-performing team and leading successful organizations takes a complex, interconnected, and sometimes radical approach that enables people to grow and be the best they can be.

To bring all these pieces together, I decided to formalize my learning and take a course that dives deep into the principles of agile, as applied in people development.
